Matt prides himself on creating meaningful relationships with his Listing and Buyer clients, while making sure their best interests are at the forefront of every transaction.

Prior to starting Breakwater Realty Group with his wife, Faith Freedman, Matt had the pleasure of working as the Lead Buyer Agent with some of the top producing teams in the state of Maine, had been asked to teach the Maine State Licensing Course for new agents, and has coached and trained agents at nationally recognized brokerages.

Matt graduated from The Massachusetts School of Law in 2012, and Lyndon State College in 1997, where he majored in Recreation Resource Management with ideas of working in the wilderness industry. He is a father to 4 children and has loved all the joy they have brought. Life with them is never boring! He is a past member of the Lyndon State College Alumni Council and the Deering Little League Board of Directors. He is a fan of the New England sports teams, enjoys hikes and golfing (although terrible), and delicious food. Matt resides in Falmouth with his family.
